Are you sending and retrieve your emails frequently from your iPhone ? Have you ever think of how to send an email attachments in Documents, PDF or Excel format from iPhone default Mail apps ?
You can send out a photo as attachment (limited to 1 photo ONLY) easily by clicking the “Send Out” button while flipping through your photo album (but not adding in an attachment during email writing). Apple iOS doesn’t allow user to view the system folder structure, that is the reason why we can not simply select the attachment from the phone storage.
There are 2 methods to keep your attachments in the phone :-

Get the FREE App from iTunes called “USD Disk”.
Save your document into your iPhone or iPad via iTunes:
Plug in your iPhone to the computer. Open iTunes.
1.) Click on the “DEVICES” from the left side menu, choose the “Apps” from right side.

2. ) From the right side menu, click on the “USB Disk” to shows all the files listing.

3.) Click “Add” button to choose the files or documents from your computer and transfer it to iPhone or iPad.
4.) Go to “USB Disk” app in your iPhone to check the files transferred.

Method 2 : Transfer your files from Dropbox.
1.) Open your Dropbox app from your phone, open up from any file that you want to transfer.

2.) Click the “Send” button from the bottom left corner to open the file in “USB Disk”. Choose the USB Disk selection, the selected file is save to “USB Disk”.

Choose the files from USB Disk to send as attachment !
1.) Open the “USB Disk” app from your phone and go to the file listing page. Click the “Edit” button from the right top corner and ticks the files you are going to send.
