Before we start, make sure your android phone’s SPL is 1.76.0007 and Radio 6.35.07.29.
<Procedure>
- Power Off.
- Press HOME + Power ON.

Start our Step-by-Step method on how to create a gold card
Demo Environment : Window XP Home (No idea about Window Vista and Windows 7)
Step 1 : Download QMAT . Click HERE.
Step 2 : Format you sdcard to FAT32. Slot in your sdcrad to the attached card reader on the Laptop ,right click “Format” or “Quick Format” (I am talking about using Window XP Home).
Step 3 : Install “Terminal Emulator” from android market or download from HERE.
Step 4 : Launched “Terminal Emulator“, enter the following command in to the screen.
*How to call the soft keypad come out ?? Long press MENU button*
# cat /sys/class/mmc_host/mmc1/mmc1:*/cid<press enter> # 03534453553032478030e6594800933a
Step 5 : Write down the code .
Step 6 : Unzip the QMAT into a folder, run qmat.exe.
* File error ? If you are using Window XP Home, kindly reboot your system into the SAFE MODE and login as an Administrator.
Step 7 : Click on Cyptoanalysis Tools > Crypto Toolbox

Key in the cid code “03534453553032478030e6594800933a” into the Reverse String box.
Step 8 : Press “Reverse String” button, the string reversed !

Step 9 : Copy the Reversed String and go to PSAS website to create a goldcard image file.

Step 11 : Check your email after click the Generate Goldcard button. Save the attachment.

I get a “permission denied”

I got the same problem as Mary’s. Only a dollar sign shows after I hit enter. Can’t get CID#. You mentioned that the phone shouldnt be connected to the pc but it should also be mounted at the same time. What’s wrong. Thanks. Have you tried this with Windows 7 Lately?
Hi, when I enter the code “# cat /sys/class/mmc_host/mmc1/mmc1:*/cid” only a dollar sign comes out, no cid code like yours. Also it won’t let me type “1″ in the second mmc1:* part… what’s the problem?

Hi Mary,
May I know where did you type the command ? Terminal Emulator ? does your memory card is in your phone ? do not connect the phone to the PC and mount the memory card to the PC. Try again.
