Serves 4
- 175ml/6fl oz/3/4 cup low-fat creme fraiche
- 30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 30ml/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- salt and ground black pepper, salad leaves, to serve.
